Carmen Garabigie is the founder and lead artist of Beauty Ink by Carmen, a luxury permanent
makeup studio located inside Salon Republic Burbank in Burbank, California. She specialises
in advanced Nano Brows, Lip Blush, and precision eyeliner techniques, creating hyper-realistic
results that enhance each client’s natural features without ever looking overdone.

Before entering the permanent makeup industry, Carmen spent more than two decades perfecting
the art of eyebrow threading and facial hair removal. Working closely with clients over many
years gave her an intuitive understanding of brow symmetry, facial balance, and the subtle
differences that make each client’s face uniquely beautiful.

Inspired by her passion for brow artistry, Carmen began her permanent makeup journey in 2017
with her first professional training in microblading. Since 2021, she has focused entirely on
advancing her nano brow and hyper-realism techniques through ongoing education with some of
the most respected educators in the permanent makeup industry.

Today, Carmen is a Board Certified Permanent Makeup Artist with the American Academy of
Micropigmentation (AAM) — one of the most respected professional organisations in the PMU
field — and holds AAM Gold Certification. She remains committed to the highest standards
of safety, artistry, and continuing education, ensuring her clients always receive
the most current techniques available.

Carmen proudly serves clients in Burbank and the surrounding communities of Glendale,
Studio City, Van Nuys, Encino, North Hollywood, and the greater Los Angeles area.
